Aira, in partnership with Octopus Energy, has launched two new energy tariffs to reduce costs for customers using Aira heat pumps.
Aira Zero allows Aira heat pump customers to save up to £500 annually on energy bills compared to a gas boiler.
The tariff includes eight hours each day at a 51% discounted rate compared to the local day rate.
Aira Solar Export, available for homes with Aira heat pumps and solar panels, offers further savings.
Customers can save up to £1,245 annually compared to homes using gas boilers.
This tariff is available in fixed or flexible rate options.
The fixed rate allows customers to sell surplus electricity back to the grid at 15p per kWh, while the flexible rate lets customers sell electricity when wholesale prices are high for greater savings.
